What are we looking for in applicants?
- We are looking for applicants that have a steady work history, don’t have conflicting schedules, are upbeat and positive, willing to work hard, trustworthy and genuine.
Who should I use as a reference?
- We love to talk to previous/current managers, supervisors and co-workers. They give us the best information about your work history and performance. Family members and friends are generally not good references.
Background Checks?
- We use a company called GoodHire to run our background checks. We pay for the background check upfront and it is done entirely online. You will receive an email from GoodHire that will walk you through the process of entering in your information on their website.
Drug policy
- We use a local agency to check for drug and alcohol compliance after work place injuries. We are a small shop and openly communicate with employees about their expectations of no drug use. Driving company vehicles and equipment under the influence of drugs, illegal or restricted prescriptions, is not allowed. If you have any questions on banned substances please contact management.
