Phone calls are wonderful but we don’t have someone to always answer the phone because we don’t really get that many phone calls to staff someone solely for answering the phone. Tina does return calls pretty promptly.
For our existing property maintenance clients our client login button is found in the upper right of each web page. This will give you access to all account details, report damage, request additional services, update your credit card on file, start or stop current services, ask a general question, past and future appointments for services, pictures of previous services, pay a bill, past bills and payments…..all sorts of stuff that you can contact us about on our customer portal.
